The facility is “state of the art”, representing a significant upgrade from existing facilities in the city of Albuquerque. The property is 68,000 square feet with 134-beds, and was specifically designed to cater to a wide range of long-term residents, as well as patients needing short-term rehabilitative care. Facility resident amenities include a large dining hall, library, beauty salon/barber shop, whirlpool bath, courtyard patio, and an advanced rehabilitation gym. Spanish Trails offers 42 private suites, and 46 semi-private units (134 beds).
