Jon Foulger is Director of Acquisitions for Medproperties. He is responsible for deal sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, finance and joint venture structuring. Mr. Foulger has over 20 years of real estate experience, much of which has been in the development and acquisition of healthcare real estate. Mr. Foulger is a member of Medproperties’ Investment Committee.
Prior to joining MPRA, Mr. Foulger was the Vice President of Finance & Business Development for Astoria Property Company, a real estate affiliate of Nueterra Capital and NueHealth. NueHealth is a national surgical healthcare operator that has partnered with over 10,000 physicians and 20 health systems in over 150 healthcare facilities in the United States. Prior to working at Astoria, Mr. Foulger founded Ameritex Investments, LLC a firm that made investments in healthcare real estate, and prior to Ameritex, he was the Vice President of Acquisitions & Development at Cottonwood Partners, where he was involved in the development of a physician partnered hospital campus, and the acquisition of $375 million of office and industrial properties.
Mr. Foulger holds a BS in Business Administration from Brigham Young University
